2. Your right to withdraw (consumers in the EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish implementation (e.g. the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you have designated) take physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form below or any other clear statement. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a traceable method and keep proof of posting. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit unless you can show they were sent in accordance with our instructions.
Deduction for diminished value: If the value of the goods is diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging where not necessary, or using the product beyond a trial amount), we may deduct an amount corresponding to that diminution from the reimbursement. We will inform you of any such deduction and the reason for it.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; (b) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (c) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. For food supplements (including Enercorex), if the product has been unsealed or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, we may treat the right of withdrawal as no longer exercisable in respect of that product, or we may deduct an amount for diminished value as described above, in line with applicable law.
4. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If the goods you received are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract, you have statutory rights under Swedish and EU consumer law (e.g. the Consumer Sales Act). You may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or to cancel the contract and receive a refund, depending on the nature of the fault and the stage at which you notify us. You must inform us of the fault within a reasonable time (typically within two months of when you discovered or could have discovered it). We may ask you to return the product for inspection. We will not reimburse return shipping costs for faulty goods where we have agreed to cover them; otherwise, we will follow applicable law. Please contact us using the details in section 1 to report a fault and agree on the next steps.

Please include your name, order reference or date of order, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw or return the product. We will confirm receipt and provide instructions for returning the goods if applicable.

7. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of your withdrawal notice (or, where we receive the goods back after your notice, within 14 days of receipt of the goods or of your proof of sending them back). If you paid by card, the refund may take a few additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. We will not charge you any fee for the refund. If we deduct an amount for diminished value, we will inform you before making the reimbursement.
8. Business customers
If you are ordering in the course of your trade, business, or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Returns may be accepted at our discretion and subject to separate agreement. Please contact us to discuss.

As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
10. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Changes do not affect your rights in relation to orders already placed. For existing orders, the policy in force at the time of the order applies unless a change is required by law or is clearly more favourable to you.
